Rajendra Singh Mehra is an Executive Chef with over 25 years of experience in overseeing production and F&B operation for all food outlets and banquet functions,developing menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes, directly supervising all production team. He specialises in organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments, planning a variety of menus and food costing, and inventory control.
He started his career as an Executive Chef with Aitken Spence in June 1991. Mehra then moved on to take the role of a Pre-Opening Team Executive chef at Swiss-Belhotel International. In March 2011, he joined The Platinum as the Pre-opening Team Executive Chef The Platinum Alkuwair Muscat, Oman. In his current role, he works as a Pre-opening Team Executive Chef at Omran.
Mehra is a multi-lingual Chef fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Garhwali, Arabic, and Marathi.
