“We closed the year 2013 with over 250 stores globally. In India, at present we have over 120 stores. The Indian entity had a great run with 35 new store additions. However, the year also had its own challenges with a slowing down economy in India along with the usual price increase trend of raw materials and reduced consumer spending. The year 2014 would be a rough year if the slowdown continues. We are preparing ourselves with innovation, talent building and a large focus is being given on customer experience.
