Dairy-based functional food brand Murginns has launched probiotic fruit yoghurt with real fruit puree which it claims boosts digestive health naturally.
Available in flavours like Strawberry, Mango, Peach, and Pineapple, the Murginns Probiotic Yoghurt is priced at Rs 25 each for a pack of 125 ml. The product will be available in selected stores across Delhi and NCR region including big format stores like Spencer’s, Reliance, and Big Bazaar.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Khemka, CEO, Murginns said: “We are glad to launch India’s first ever probiotic fruit yoghurt with real fruit to provide consumers with a really healthy yoghurt option this season. Murginns Probiotic fruit yoghurt will energize and refresh you this summer because it provides solid food sustenance, apart from being an ideal cool snack beverage for the summers.”
The brand also manufactures health and lifestyle products such as vitamin D-enriched dahi, gourmet butter range, shrikhand, paneer, flavoured lassi, butter milk, and white butter. Murginns is owned by KCL Foods, part of the 250 crore Faridabad based Khemka Group (Known as KCL Group), founded in 1983. In 2009,KCL Group ventured into breakfast cereals under the brand name Murginns by introducing healthy breakfast cereals like cornflakes, instant wheat porridge and muesli. KCL Food diversified into dairy based functional foods last year under the brand Murginns.
