Arvind Chaudhary, CMO, Wal Mart India Passes Away

Arvind Chaudhary, Chief Merchandising Officer at Wal Mart India, has passed away after a brief illness, in Gurgaon. He was 52 years old. He has worked with leading retail companies of the country, in various capacities. He has been associated with major companies during his remarkable career, namely, Cargill India Ltd, General Mills India, and Radhakrishna Foodland. He was CEO (Food Business) Future Group, and CEO, Aadhaar Retailing Limited. He has been much respected across the Trade for his professional guidance, knowledge, team building, keen analytical skill, and sharp business acumen. His personal interests were teaching and writing. India’s Modern Retail Industry has lost a true champion of modernisation and growth.
