Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor have unveiled the new line of cocktail collection. The collection is inspired by reminiscent of the Mughal era and it tries to revive the grandeur of this period.
The cocktail collection has a strong Jamawar influence in the collection with an essence of the Renaissance era. The gowns have mermaid fits which continue the romance along with the use of peplum to construct the gowns. Typical of the Renaissance era, fitted torsos, which flair out at the bottom into voluminous layers are created which give them a dream like appeal. The collection is embellished with Swarovski elements.
Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor’s design vocabulary has a unique alchemy of embellishment and colour. The designers has dressed up celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu, Anushka Sharma, Chitrangda Singh, Kangana Ranaut, Hema Malini and many more.
