Ulta Beauty, the largest beauty retailer in the United States, is a one-stop shop for prestige, mass and salon products and salon services. Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank (C&CCNKF) announced that ULTA Beauty plans to increase its footprints in the San Francisco Bay Area by opening eight new locations. The target is to reach 40 stores and as of now, the beauty retailer maintains 17 Bay Area storefronts, with two more stores coming up shortly.
Say Cece Vohs Cimino, a C&CCNKF vice president who, together with Vice President Sean O’Carroll, who exclusively represents Ulta Beauty in the Bay Area, “Ultimately in tune with its customers, Ulta is a dynamic and exciting company with a smart and well defined growth strategy. All the retailconcept stores are located in off-mall, high-traffic, accessible locations and are spread over 10,000 sq ft of space, including a salon of about 950 sq ft.

- The Block at Pacific Commons Shopping Center, Fremont
- East Washington Place, Petaluma
- Alameda Southshore Center, Alameda
- Pacheco Pass Center, Gilroy
- 280 Metro Center, Colma
- Napa Crossing, Napa
