Jewellery retail brand, Anmol Jewellers has launched the first ever CRM initiative called Anmol Hug at the Divas for Design event in the presence of Adaa Khan, Aashka Goradia, Rupal Tyagi.
Taking the KYC (know your customer) concept to a next level, this unique initiative is a campaign to thank the patrons of the brand for their loyalty. This is an effort to strengthen the bond between customers and brand. At the event, selected customers were presented with Anmol Hug Kits that comprised of personalised gifts from the brand as part of the Anmol Hug campaign.
