AND Designs India Ltd (ADIL) has appointed Ganesh Babu as Chief Financial Officer and Monica Bhandari as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the company.
AND Designs owns the brands AND, Global Desi and Anita Dongre, named after the Mumbai-based fashion designer who is one of the promoters of the privately held company.
In addition to AND, Global Desi and Anita Dongre, AND Designs owns brands such as Timeless, Iinterpret and Grassroot (an eco-friendly label) which are signature labels.
Ganesh Babu has over 22 years of experience in business finance across many Indian and global multinational companies such as Uninor, Bharti Airtel Ltd, Tenneco Automotive, The Coca-Cola Company, TVS Srichakra Ltd and Deloitte & Touche.
On the other side, Monica Bhandari has over 20 years of HR experience that includes around 14 years of working experience at Bharti Airtel and Bharti Walmart, the now-extinct JV between Bharti Group and Walmart.
