Murginns, the NCR-based manufacturer of breakfast cereal and value-added dairy based functional foods, is set to strengthen its network in North India, with the appointment of distributors in Ludhiana, Patiala, Ambala, Amritsar and Pathankot.
Murginns’ parent company, KCL, is also expanding its product reach into Punjab with recent launch in Chandigarh of Murginns Garlic Herb Butter. Made with pure white butter blended with natural ingredients, the product is being offered in three variants: Garlic and Herbs, Cumin and Coriander and Cracked Pepper.
Murginns products are currently available at select stores, but with the appointment of new distributors, they are expected to available across modern retail formats, including Big Bazaar and Easyday.
Referring to the company’s foray into Punjab, Deeptanshu Khemka, chief executive officer, Murginns said, “Punjab is a state where people are fond of dairy products, and we wish to fulfill their expectations with our innovative and quality products.
