Vibhor Tikiya, Director, Zohraa, says “We were already doing designer jewellery and then Voylla happened. They have a large product portfolio in this category and we believe that they will add a separate dimension for us helping us grow both in terms of the number of visitors and product offerings.”The product portfolio would include beads, earrings, necklaces, payals, bangles, bracelets among other jewellery items. Pramod Rathi, Head of supply chain, concurs “They are not as expensive as ordinary jewellery and yet the style quotient is probably beyond that of gold and diamonds. They may still not be the accessory of choice for the older generation but the younger ones have taken to it. Online sellers have begun to access this growing demand. With the growing tendency of youngsters away from expensive stones and a mindset to wear something new every day, one can only expect the demand to grow.”
