Episode, manufacturer and retailer of premium and luxury silverware from Whorra Enterprises, is set to expand its retail network pan-India through standalone stores and in partnership with dealers.
The brand recently launched a boutique outlet in DLF Promenade, New Delhi and plans to open one or two more at Delhi and Gurgaon soon. “The plan is to target Delhi/NCR or other tier I and II cities through Episode stores and dealers. Many retailers and entrepreneurs, who have experience in similar line of products, have expressed interest to sell Episode products in their city,” Deepak Whorra, Director, Episode, told indiaretailing.
“We are going to take them all under our wings to expand and tap our target markets of weddings, corporate gifting and home decor,” Whorra added.
Episode’s expertise lies in designing and hand-crafting silverware products ranging from home decor, lifestyle and gifting options. In addition to adding new stores, brand is also enriching its product line othrough customer engagement.
“We are doing some amazing relationship-building exercises with our customers – product development and customisation for product launch events, sales promotions, conferences, dealer appreciation, industry award events, etc are some ways to engage our patrons and dealers,” Whorra elaborated.
