Referring to competition from other franchised salon chains, Habib said, “We have no existing competition from other market players; we only believe in competing with ourselves.”
The company, which currently has 484 outlets across the country, also operates academies to develop a robust talent pool. “We work from the grassroots level and we start off from the basics of hair and beauty. Our target is to open schools for imparting education. Unlike some others who are entering the salon education business with a commercial agenda, we run on values and ethics,” Habib commented.
Disclosing that he plans to open 10,000 outlets in the next five years, Habib added, “We have pacts with other salons through a co-branded master franchise model.”
The brand is also preparing to launch salon furniture and hair care appliances, including hair dryers, hair straighteners, straightening rods, scissors by the first quarter of the next year, Habib informed.
