Jewellery retailer PC Jewellers has tied up with California-based Martian Watches for the launch of smart jewellery in India.
The new range will integrate wireless technologies into jewellery and at the same time will provide interchangeable design modules through PCJ’s specially designed smart bracelets.
“In our research we have figured out that, besides fashionably designed jewellery, there has always been a demand for jewellery which is refreshingly new and innovative,” Balram Garg, CEO, PC Jeweller said in a statement.
Martian Watches is a wireless technologies developer known for its classic-designed Martian Voice Command and Martian Notifier smartwatch lines. The company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of gold jewelery, diamond studded jewellery and silver articles.
