It is reported that Google will be adding fresh foods to its grocery delivery service. The giant has taken the decision soon after its competitor Amazon. According to the reports, both the companies are planning to be at pace with a wave of start-ups that offer fast grocery delivery.
In 2013, the US online giant launched its Google Express Service by delivering a range of fresh items in test markets in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Now, the Google Express Service will also include the delivery of products like fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy and frozen foods. The brand claims that you just have to place the order and it will take care of the rest.
Google Express, which is offered in a handful of US cities, takes a delivery charge of $3 for members and $5 for non-members.
