For the third quarter ended December 31, Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing reported widening of its standalone loss at Rs 78.15 crore. Last fiscal, the company had posted a standalone net loss of Rs 65.93 crore.
This quarter, the net sales of the company declined by 5.12 per cent to Rs 325.77 crore as compared to Rs 502.18 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
During the quarter under consideration, the revenue of the firm stood at Rs 48.69 crore from its textiles segment as against Rs 145.84 crore in the year ago period.
During the third quarter of the current fiscal, revenue from polyster was also down to Rs 241.64 crore as against Rs 330.63 crore in same period last fiscal.
