Universal Sportsbiz eyes to raise up to $20 million

As Universal Sportsbiz, Sachin Tendulkar-backed fashion firm, is gearing up to open 100 exclusive outlets for flagship brand Wrogn in next three years, it is looking forward to raise up to $20 million.
The company has recently opened their first exclusive brand outlet of Wrogn at Hyderabad. It is co-owned by another ace cricket Virat Kohli. It is embarking on a retail network expansion of the label .
This year, the company is planning to open five company exclusive brand outlets whereas in the next three years, it aims to have 100 exclusive brand outlets through the franchisee route.
Apart from opening exclusive outlets, Universal Sportsbiz is also enhancing presence of Wrogn brand through Shoppers Stop. At present, the brand is available in 45 Shoppers Stop stores whereas by the end of the month it will be 75.
