India’s first online furniture rental company, Furlance has entered a tie up with the US based online transport company Uber. Together they have introduced UberPLAY in Pune.
Furlenco with a range of furniture items and offer packages have beautified more than 5000 houses in Mumbai and Bangalore. They will now furnish the premium range cabs of Uber with LED screens, recliners, private coolers and offer a luxury travel to the commuters.
Recently Furlenco has rolled out its packages, which means now customers can buy premium home furniture without a heavy investment. They can just place the order online and the products will be delivered free and also installed in a week.
“This April Fool’s Day, we aimed at making people laugh, rather seriously. While Uber got to play a tempting prank of introducing the fake UberPLAY to its city commuters, we were grabbing this annual opportunity to introduce ourselves in the city by showing our playful side to the young crowd of Pune.” Founder & CEO Furlenco, Ajith Mohan Karimpana was quoted by ANI as saying during the launch.
Further to the above quote he mentioned “We aim to make aspirations of Pune’s aspirers more accessible by providing premium designer furniture on rent. They can now have everything and buy nothing.”
