US based fitness chain, Snap Fitness will soon open 240 more health clubs all over the country in next three years as a plan of expansion.
Founded by Peter Taunton, the company is functioning in India since 2008. At present it has around 60 centres in cities Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Lucknow, Vadodara, Guwahati, Mysore, Tumkur and Davangere and many others.
Across the world they are present in 18 countries like USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, India, Mexico and Egypt with over 2,500 clubs.
“Our goal is to have a footprint of 300 clubs over the next three years. Our immediate focus is on opening 20 stores by the end of this year,” Global CEO Snap Fitness Peter Taunt was quoted by PTI as saying.
Snap Fitness is looking forward to open fitness centres in new localities, they would transfer ownership to a franchisee, if it works.
