All That Jazz reopens with a bang at Janpath, Bhubaneswar

Odisha-based fashion retail chain, All That Jazz (ATJ) has recently reopened its store at Janpath, Bhubaneswar. The store had been shut down in February 2016 following a fire. Braving the fateful incident, it is now up and running once again!

The chain at present has seven stores spread across its home state as well as in Jharkhand.
allthatjazz-bhubaneshwar-3Talking about the reopening, Chief Operating Officer, All That Jazz, D H Parekh said, “We would like to   thank all our brand partners for being with us in such trying times and reaching all out to support in the re-launching of the store and The ATJ Team to make this impossible looking feat possible in a record time of 90 days from the day of the fire mishap.”
allthatjazz-bhubaneshwar-2The re-launch event, hosted with much fanfare a few weeks ago, witnessed the presence of several luminaries of Indian Retail such as CEO and Country Head, Bestseller India, Vineet Gautam; Head of Wholesale Business and E-commerce, Bestseller India, Mrithyunjay Amblimath; Head of Operations, Business Development & Projects at Calvin Klein India, Vishal Anand; National Sales Manager – Key Accounts MBO & online – Nautica & GANT, Arpan Tyagi; Chief Executive Officer Kazo, Taranpreet Singh among others. Other event highlights included a fashion show showcasing some of the brands’ SS16 collections followed by other celebrations, entertainment, etc.

A home to some of the best bridge to luxury brands from across the world, it stocks a broad array of merchandise in various fashion and lifestyle categories like apparel, footwear, jewelry and watches, eyewear, travel gear, etc.

allthatjazz-bhubaneshwar-6A brainchild of Shamsher Singh Hura (Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer) ATJ embarked on its journey in August 2012 when it opened its first door in Puri in Bhubaneshwar. In a short span of time, the concept has become a gateway to East India for international brands willing to set shop in East India. Lauded by Indian as well as international retail fraternity, this one of a kind store concept is an inspiration to many.
allthatjazz-bhubaneshwar-7With ATJ Janpath as its ‘Gold’ flagship store and the largest one, the chain’s other six outlets (smaller formats called ‘Silver Express’) can be found at Patia and Pal heights (Bhubaneswar), Cuttack, Rourkela,  Puri and Ranchi. Notably, ATJ Puri is not operational as of now; however, it is expected to resume operations shortly.
allthatjazz-bhubaneshwar-9Going further, All That Jazz is planning to soon launch ATJ Sky Café, besides expanding its offerings by introducing brands like Aeropostale, Forever New, Swarovski, Ritu Kumar along with Guess bags to its portfolio.
allthatjazz-bhubaneshwar-10On the retail expansion front, the chain is looking to expand its presence in other parts of East India in the near future. The average size of the upcoming stores would be in the range of 15,000 to 25,000 sq. ft., depending on the demography of the market. The brand mix at these stores would also be according to the local dynamics.
