Anurag Saxena
With 26 years of rich experience in apparel retail, pharma & life sciences, chemical, textile, paper, Anurag Saxena has successfully conceptualised and executed complex projects across IT architectures and legacy systems. With BIBA, he has successfully executed customer and platform migration from Magento to Capillary and designed the WMS module for Capillary Technology team for a deeper integration with BIBA. Responsible for the overall IT strategy formulation and implementation across BIBA and Rangriti including e-commerce Assets, he has also led the digitisation of the entire design and merchandising function on microsoft dynamics which led to a cost rationalisation of 6 Cr per annum.

– Responsible for the overall IT strategy formulation and implementation across BIBA and Rangriti including e-commerce assets
– Successfully executed customer and platform migration from Magento to Capillary and designed the WMS module for Capillary Technology team for a deeper integration with BIBA
– Led the digitisation of the entire design and merchandising function on Microsoft Dynamics which led to a cost rationalisation of 6 Cr per annum
– Set-up the entire IT infrastructure of the new warehouse spread over 1.0 lakh sq. ft. and integrated operations through a smooth workflow setup in WMS to reduce manpower cost by 12 lacs p.a.
– Re-implemention and eventual migration of Retail Pro POS to Genesys across 280+ EBO

After reaching a stage, where I can take a break. I will become a consultant and work for three days of the week. The rest three days of the 3 days, I will work for the society and open an NGO with my wife.
