New Delhi: Athletic apparel brand lululemon athletica known for its community-centric approach recently announced its IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action) Supplier Inclusion and Diversity Programme. The programme aims to increase diverse supplier products and service solutions; empower economically & socially disadvantaged organisations; foster business growth, job and wealth creation across diverse communities.
The programme reiterates lululemon’s commitment towards fair and inclusive business practices by creating systemic changes in the way it engages with diverse suppliers supporting their long-term growth.

lululemon’s IDEA Supplier Inclusion and Diversity Programme is being rolled out in the US in a phased manner following which it will be expanded to Canada and other key international markets by 2026.
