New Delhi: Bagrrys India, the health food and breakfast cereals company, has appointed Jayant Kapre as its new CEO and MD. As the new CEO and MD, Kapre will be responsible for executing a robust growth strategy for the company and accelerating its growth.
Jayant Kapre has more than 26 years of experience in the FMCG sector mainly in the food space across India and South-East Asia. In his career, Kapre has held leadership positions at Wrigley, Frito, Lay, McVitie’s, and Britannia. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Kapre specializes in launching, turning, and growing consumer-branded businesses.
“I am thrilled to join the amazing team at Bagrry’s. The brand is at an exciting crossroads in its journey, and I am glad to lead a vital change in momentum. I seek to fuel growth and expansion across categories whilst maintaining profitability,” said Kapre.
