New Delhi: Tim Hortons, the Canadian multinational coffeehouse and restaurant chain, based in Toronto, opened its latest outlet at Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana in Punjab on Lohri, an important festival in North India.
The chain offers hot & cold beverages, baked goods, donuts, desserts, sandwiches, pasta, wraps and more.

The coffee chain plans to open over 120 stores in India over a 36-month period. The chain is currently focusing on expansion in North India, covering Delhi and Punjab with further plans to enter markets like Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru.
The Canadian company entered India in August 2022 through an exclusive master franchise agreement with AG Café and emerging markets alternative investment manager Gateway Partners. It currently has 10 stores in the country and most of its stores are located in Delhi.
AG Café is a joint venture between global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate Apparel Group.
