Located at Mall Road, Ludhiana, the new store is the brand’s 34th store in the country
Bengaluru: Continuing its expansion spree, menswear brand Tasva launched its first store in Ludhiana. Located at Mall Road, Ludhiana the new outlet is Tasva’s 34th franchise store in India, Dhruv Kaura, chief operating officer of Tasva announced in a LinkedIn post. Earlier this week, Tasva launched a new store at Mirza Ismail Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan, which happened to be the brand’s first store in the city. Read more about it here.
Tasva is owned by Indivinity Clothing, a partnership between Tarun Tahiliani (an Indian designer brand) and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd (ABFRL). The ethnic menswear brand was launched in December 2021 within a year of announcing ABFRL’s investment in Tahiliani’s eponymous brand.
The first brick-and-mortar store of Tasva is at Malleshwaram, Bengaluru which was opened in December 2021. The company also opened two more stores in the same month in Delhi and Mumbai.
Currently, Tasva operates stores in 21 cities across the country.
Tarun Tahiliani with his wife Sailaja ‘Sal’ Tahiliani founded India’s first multi-designer boutique Ensemble, in 1987. Followed by Ensemble, he launched Tahiliani Design studio in 1990. Recently, Tarun Tahiliani opened a new flagship store in Bengaluru partnering with interior designer Vinita Chaitanya for an opulent store ambiance.
