The Uttar Pradesh Cosmetologists and Beautician Association (LCBA) met in January with 350 members and a call to improve and add to the current base – both with a training institute for the underprivileged and with more additions to the current member base. Hairstylist Harish Bhatia and make-up artist Meeta Vyas gave live demonstrations.
