L’Oréal Paris has appointed the French actress Leïla Bekhti as its new brand ambassador. “Leïla’s beauty is both captivating and moving,” said Cyril Chapuy, global brand president of L’Oréal Paris. “Her charisma and strong personality make her the perfect L’Oréal spokeswoman.”
Actress Leïla Bekhti, whose cinematic career began in 2005 in Kim Shapiron’s movie “Sheitan,” was named the most promising actress at the César awards this year. She stars in Radu Mihaileanu’s “La Source des Femmes,” which will premiere on May 21 at the Cannes Film Festival.
L’Oréal Paris’ other spokespeople include Beyoncé Knowles, Rachel Weisz, Gwen Stefani, Jane Fonda and Patrick Dempsey.
