The MBD Group is set to launch MBD Zephyr, a mixed-use lifestyle destination entailing luxury hotel, luxury retail, and premium retail and entertainment at Whitefield, Bangalore. Located in the heart of Whitefield Bangalore, the 20 lakh sq.ft development will bring in a luxury hotel in the likes of Regent, Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. The Luxury retail area would target brands like Gucci, Versace, Chanel, Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton to name a few. The premium retail area would target brands like Debenhams, Zara, Mango, Marks & Spencers and Body Shop etc.
“This first of it’s kind mixed use development in India will interpret the concept of luxury in three defined categories: luxury Hotel, luxury retail, premium retail and entertainment,” Ashok Kumar Malhotra, Chairman and Managing Director, MBD Group.
Apart from MBD Neopolis, a mixed use development project in Ludhiana, MBD Group is also bringing MBD Neopolis at Jalandhar. The group is also launching Gigabite, a food court chain, the first of which is coming up in Chennai.
