The Wadia family and Danone, France-based dairy product giant, partners in Britannia Industries, will soon part their ways cordially. This will terminate the joint venture between the two companies in Britannia Industries and Wadia BSN.
Industry insiders say that the Danone is planning to buy out the Wadia’s stake in BSN, the dairy products joint venture between the two companies. Though, other important issues like the control of Britannia and Associated Biscuits International (ABIL), its associate holding company, are yet to be decided.
