If the news coming from Danone camp is to be believed, there is still some life left in the Danone-Wadia joint venture. Sources say that the French food product major is trying to resolve all the differences with Wadia group. It wants to secure its interest in the Indian market.
Wadia and Danone are joint owners of Associated Biscuits International Holdings, through which Danone owns about 25 per cent in Britannia.
