Delhi-based Uppal Group is entring the business of retail through Centra, a high-end mall coming up in Jagadhari, Haryana.
Opening shopping options in the region, the proposed mall will come up on an area of about 300,000 square feet and will have three floors dedicated to retail. Also proposed are a three-storey multiplex and a food court.
The company has already roped in some popular retail brands, which will open shops in the mall shortly.
“We have a very good assortment of retailers like Nike, Adidas, Levi’s, M&B, Archies and expect more to follow with the launch of the mall,” said Atul Mehrotra, director, Uppal Group.
Uppal Group is one of the leading real estate developers, which began operating in 1979 in Delhi , is now spreading its reach throughout the country.
