Arvind VF Corporation, the joint venture company of Arvind Mills and US-based VF Corporation, has temporarily put on hold the expansion plans for two apparel brands, Rider and Hero.
According to the company’s release, “The partnership and the joint venture between the two companies remain intact. We have just decided to go for a temporary suspension of expansion plans for the two brands Rider and Hero.”
The two companies had signed the JV agreement in 2006, establishing VF Arvind Brands to design, market and distribute VF’s branded lifestyle apparel in India.
