World cinema enthusiasts across India and the SAARC territories from now on can enjoy NDTV Lumière collections through India’s leading entertainment portal BIGFlix.com.
In a recent development, NDTV Lumière and BIGFlix have entered into a strategic tie-up. Accordingly, BIGFlix will retail thirty movie titles from NDTV Lumière on a yearly basis. Each title costs USD 1.99 per download to rent, which will be USD 4.99 to own, said a joint press release.
Announcing the association with BIGFlix, Dhruvank Vaidya, senior vice president – New Ventures, NDTV Imagine, said, “The initiative encompasses NDTV Lumière’s objective to take the 360 degree approach in order to ensure that the best of world cinema is accessible by audiences.”
“This association with Bigflix.com is another step in our journey to present these wonderful films to audiences not just in India but also across the SAARC region,” added Vaidya.
