Kishore Biyani has resigned from the board of Ronnie Screwvala–led UTV Sofware Communication. The announcement that came through company’s filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange stated that Biyani has expressed his desire to resign from the board of the company due to pre occupations and conflict of interest that may arise in future.
Meanwhile, UTV Software board has accepted his resignation.
Future Group founder and CEO, Biyani had joined the board of integrated media and entertainment firm, UTV Software in January 2007.
