In a new development towards bringing specialty food services brand Global Franchise Architects (GFA) close to RPG Enterprises’ retail arm, the former has inked a deal with later to open 60 outlets of its portfolio brands, Pizza Corner and Coffee World in their stores in next 18 months.
On the development, Joseph Cherian, managing director, GFA, said, “Spencer’s Retail chain is spread all across India and this deal will rally round Pizza Corner and Coffee World to be available to consumer easily, especially in the tier II cities.”
Presently, GFA holds 53 Pizza Corner and nine Coffee World outlets across India. Further, the company plans to expand its presence in India with its other two brands, Cream and Fudge Factory (CFF) and Donut Baker. “GFA has 12 Donut Baker and two CFF stores in Bengaluru and plans to open few more in Hyderabad and Chennai in this year,” added Cherian.
