Must Read

Fashion and lifestyle brand Wills Lifestyle is in an expansion mode. The brand has recently opened stores in Amritsar, Guwahati, Nashik, Vizag, Bhopal and Mangalore.

With the opening of the six new stores, the brand now has 65 outlets in 35 cities across India. Wills Lifestyle plans to open stores in its existing markets, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore, Goa, Noida and Lucknow, besides venturing into new tier II and II markets by opening stores in Kanpur, Mysore, Udaipur, Vijaywada and Gangtok.

Speaking on the occasion, Atul Chand, divisional chief executive, Wills Lifestyle, said, “Wills Lifestyle has been established as a vibrant fashion brand for the premium consumer. We plan to increase our network to 80 stores in the next three months, through a mix of more stores in the existing markets and expanding our footprint in smaller markets through the franchising model. Going forward, we will continue to open stores in tier II and II cities as part of Wills Lifestyle’s expansion plans.”

Emphasising that Wills Lifestyle is poised to grow at 25 per cent this year, Chand said, “It is our endeavour to make fashion more accessible as we target multiple consumer segments, enter new geographies, open more stores and make our products more appealing. The thrust will be on nurturing markets, generating higher trials and developing lasting relationships with our customers.”

Talking about the brand’s marketing strategy, he said, “The retail scenario has always been dynamic with the emergence of new market places and shopping catchments and the recent development of modern formats. With the year expected to see strong growth, and the brand expansion plans intact, our marketing strategies will revolve around taking the brand message in an impactful manner to the targeted consumers. The creative strategy will focus on showcasing the products in an inspirational manner.”

ITC’s Wills Lifestyle offers a complete lifestyle wardrobe for the premium consumer, incorporating the latest fashion trends for both men and women.
