Swarovski, which offers a range of precisely-cut crystal glass and related luxury products, has recently launched a 550-sq.ft boutique at Pacific Mall in Tagore Garden, Delhi.
Sukanya DuttaRoy, director, consumer goods business, Swarovski India, said, “Swarovski is doing exceptionally well. The brand has seen a double-digit increase from 2009 and today it has 23 stores in India. Swarovski is committed to presenting the sparkling world of crystal to our consumers in a way that exceeds their expectations.”
Last year, she said, Swarovski unveiled the new boutique concepts at Palladium Mall and Inorbit Mall in Mumbai, in addition to Express Avenue in Chennai and more recently at T3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. “Now we are translating the same format across India,” DuttaRoy added.
Talking about the expansion plan, she said, “We are also looking at opening a store each in Pune and Ahmedabad by May 2011.”
