Aerens Gold Souk International (AGIL), a leading retail real estate developer, has appointed Devasish Dutta as President for its retail division.
Devasish Dutta, a business graduate, brings to the table over 22 years of experience in the retail industry. He will be responsible for the design, development, operations and management of the Commercial, Retail, Residential, IT Parks and Hospitality buildings. In his career span, he has worked extensively in the area of strategic planning, sales, operations, finance, HR, real estate, previously he was associated with Gitanjali Lifestyle Limited-Mumbai as CEO and Godfrey Phillips India Limited-New Delhi as Retail Head.
Aerens Gold Souk International is a four decade old company having interests in real estate, retail, entertainment and hospitality sectors. Within the real estate sector, the Group is developing premium retail, residential, commercial, township and SEZ projects. It has projects spread across 24 cities in 9 states of the country and plans to create 100 mn sq. ft. of premium space.
