Denmark-based fashion retailer, Bestseller has opened its twelfth store in Mumbai at Phoenix Market City mall, Kurla. Spread across 7,825 sq.ft., the outlet houses men’s wear brand Jack & Jones, women’s wear brands ONLY and Vero Moda, and accessories by Pieces.
Commenting on the choice of location Vineet Gautam, Country Head, Bestseller India, said: "Kurla has a catchment which can cater to Central, Western, and Navi Mumbai. It’s the new and upcoming destination and will be one of the major shopping landmarks in a year’s time."
Bestseller plans to open around 8-10 stores in the next three to four months in cities namely Bhopal, Kanpur, Raipur, Kochi, and Bangalore. The fasion retailer sells its products in 46 markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Canada through more than 2,800 chain stores, of which over 300 are situated in Denmark, and 12,000 external multi-brand stores.
