In operation since 2004, Blue & Beyond resto-bar at The Lindsay, Kolkata has got a whole new look and ambiance coupled with a new menu. Spread over 2,000 sq.ft., the resto-bar serves a mix of global cuisines such as Indian, Lebanese, Greek, Italian, Burmese, Chinese, Thai, American and English.
The bar at Blue & Beyond stocks Tennessee, Bourbon, Single malt Whiskey; Wine, Draught Beer, Shooters along with Bartender-special cocktails like Lamborghini & Fire on Ice. Cigars are also available at the bar. With a seating capacity of 120 across the terrace, restaurant and the bar, the interiors and exteriors of the resto-bar have been done by Sudip Das. T.

According to the restaurant officials, besides monthly events, every weekend (Friday- Sunday), there will be Live Musical performances in the Blue & Beyond.
