Payal Singhal has had a successful year as she has dressed some of India’s top celebrities.
She has launched her two latest collections, ‘Char Bagh’ and ‘Lady Sahara’ for the who’s who of Bollywood.
Char Bagh, which means “four gardens,” is a Persian-style, quadrilateral garden layout that is divided by walkways or flowing water into four small parts. The collection consists of a colour palette of pale blush pink and black in earthy, natural fabrics like silk mul, cotton and crepe silk.
Kareena Kapoor was seen wearing a char bagh three piece outfit on the sets of her upcoming film Singham 2. Other celebs seen wearing this collection Sonam Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt and Aditi Rao Hydari.
Payal Singhal’s newest collection ‘Lady Sahara’ is another huge celebrity favourite. The collection inspired by the French Moroccan culture and architecture is an ode to the cultural crossroad of Marrakech and the shapes and the grace of Islamic architecture. The collection done in tulle, linen and silk in muted colours of sand, grey, rose and cerulean blue is a modern interpretation of a bygone era. Celebs that have been seen wearing this latest collection include Tannisha Mukherji, Padma Lakshmi, Neha Dhupia, and Tisca Chopra, just to name a few!
