JSM Corp has opened The Big Kahuna at Mumbai’s Palladium Mall. The indoor-outdoor restaurant has unusual decor items such as antique tribal masks, tiki carvings, indigenous artifacts, etc, sourced from around the world. Polynesian-inspired colour palettes, lighting fixtures, and furnishings add to the visual appeal.
The restaurant offers authentic dishes from the kitchens of the world and is prepared under the supervision of Chef Rahul Hajarnavis. Dishes include Italian Chicken Sliders, Fusilli A La Caprese, Lime Chicken and Bloody Mary Prawns, The Big Kahuna Burger, Kona Grilled Basa, Mexican Cottage Cheese Steak and Harrisa Mushroom Skewers. Innovative, refreshing cocktails include Hawaiian Sea Breeze, The Maui Dawn, The Tropical Hit, The Tiki Bowl, TBK Rum Kick and the Rum Giggle. There are over 200 signature cocktails.
JSM, a partnership between restaurateurs Jay Singh and Sanjay Mahtani, has an impressive of international restaurant brands such as Hard Rock Cafe, and it is the exclusive master franchisee of California Pizza Kitchen, and the frozen yogurt chain Pinkberry. In-house restaurants include the award winning lounge Shiro, street food inspired restaurant Plus91, casual dining restaurant Ginger Tiger, and the ‘open to sky’ Asilo.
